Purpose<\/h2>\n<p>These terms apply to all ticket bookings on caminaktion.eu for performances, workshops, masterclasses, battles and talks organised by camin aktion, including the HYPE OCC festival. Placing an order means accepting these terms.<\/p>\n<p>Events whose ticketing is handled by a partner (Op\u00e9ra Com\u00e9die, Cin\u00e9ma Utopia, Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Jean Vilar, L\u2019Estive, Le Parvis\u2026) are subject to that partner\u2019s terms.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"prices\">3. Prices<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The applicable VAT rate depends on the type of performance and, where relevant, on the number of performances already given. Workshops and masterclasses are subject to the VAT rate applicable to such services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reduced rate, on proof of eligibility<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Jobseekers<\/li>\n<li>Over-65s<\/li>\n<li>Students and apprentices under 24<\/li>\n<li>Under-18s<\/li>\n<li>Recipients of social benefits<\/li>\n<li>Disabled people<\/li>\n<li>Asylum seekers<\/li>\n<li>Refugees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Solidarity ticket<\/strong>: sold at the reduced rate, it offers a seat to a young person in precarity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>At the door<\/strong>, on the day and subject to availability, a higher rate may apply.<\/li>\n<li>Some events are <strong>free with booking<\/strong>: booking is still required as capacity is limited. Please cancel in advance if you cannot come.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"order-and-payment\">4. Order and payment<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are placed online. Payment is made by bank card through our secure provider Stripe; camin aktion never has access to card details. The order is final once payment is confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are issued immediately: they are shown on the confirmation page and sent by email, as a PDF, to the address given when ordering. If you do not receive them, check your spam folder, then write to billetterie@caminaktion.eu.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"tickets-and-access\">5. Tickets and access<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Each ticket bears a <strong>unique QR code<\/strong>, checked at the entrance, printed or on screen. A ticket that has already been scanned no longer gives access: any copy will be refused.<\/li>\n<li>Tickets are <strong>personal<\/strong>; ID and proof of eligibility for the reduced rate may be requested.<\/li>\n<li>Seating is unreserved. Out of respect for the artists, entry may be refused once the performance has started; late arrival does not entitle you to a refund.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum age<\/strong> for some workshops and masterclasses (12 or 15, stated on each ticket); parental consent is required for under-18s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"refunds\">6. No right of withdrawal, exchanges and refunds<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with Article L221-28 12\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets can be <strong>neither returned nor exchanged<\/strong>. They are refunded only if the event is <strong>cancelled<\/strong> by the organiser, or <strong>postponed<\/strong> and the new date does not suit you, on request to billetterie@caminaktion.eu within 30 days of the announcement of the cancellation or postponement. Refunds are made using the original payment method.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"accessibility\">7. Accessibility<\/h2>\n<p>Access conditions for people with reduced mobility are stated for each event; please let us know in advance. French Sign Language (LSF) interpretation is available on request for some events, at the latest one week before the event, by indicating it when ordering.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>\u201cBetter together\u201d<\/strong> service (\u201c\u00c0 deux, c\u2019est HYPE !\u201d) lets you, on request when ordering, be put in touch with other audience members to come together. It is free and comes with no guarantee of a match.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"personal-data\">8. Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>The information collected (name, contact details, LSF and buddy choices) is used solely to manage your order, send tickets, check entry and provide the services requested. It is neither sold nor transferred. Payment is processed by Stripe. Data is kept for 3 years after the event, subject to accounting obligations.<\/p>\n<p>If you tick the box to receive camin aktion news by email, your email address, first name and last name are passed to our emailing provider Brevo for that sole purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.<\/p>\n<p>Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, by writing to billetterie@caminaktion.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). Details are given in our <a href=\"https:\/\/caminaktion.eu\/en\/credits\/#privacy\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mediation\">9. Complaints and mediation<\/h2>\n<p>Any complaint should be sent in writing to <a href=\"mailto:billetterie@caminaktion.eu\">billetterie@caminaktion.eu<\/a> or by post to camin aktion, c\/o Agora, 2 bld. Louis Blanc, 34000 Montpellier, France. Applicable law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by French law.
